Force cursor to warp to the center of newly spawned windows

I've been looking around for a few days, and can't find any information relevant to this question. Currently, when opening a new window, the cursor does not move (I have warping enabled everywhere I can). I recall (and seemingly this reddit user as well) that hyprland used to warp the cursor to the center of any newly spawned window, which is how I prefer things to work. As an example of the behavior I'm searching for, Niri currently does this. Am I being deft with regards to hyprland's options, or is this something that is not possible at the moment?
