How do I change the sensitivity from a single mouse

I tried to use

device[magic-mouse] {
   sensitivity=-0.5
}

and

device {
   name=magic-mouse
   sensitivity=-0.5
} 

It also doesnt work with a roccat-burst-pro

the second is missing a space before the {

[JustOfPlay]

This was my mistake but I only made this mistake in GitHub. My config Had the space but it didnt worked.

What is the output of hyprctl devices?

With such a minimal config, I can only see a potential misidentification of hardware.

I believe Hyprland only monitors the standard configuration file location for auto-reload, so if you're sourcing external modular files, you should manually reload the config as well if the changes are not refreshing.

hyprctl reload config-only
