Hyprland versionRegressioni think it is Describe the bugthe popups in gtk apps are weird sometimes. i've faced this issue in "cassette" app with is a yandex music client, and in gnome calculator when entering a function and autocomplete window being very weird and in some places too maybe. this is for sure hyprland issue, this doesnt happen on gnome at all. bugged_gtk_popup2.mp4calculator_bug.mp4gtkbug2.mp4here is how it looks on gnome: 2025-09-04.21-07-39.mp4Reproduction stepsit would probably be easier to reproduce in gnome calculator. open it, then type a function like acosh, then delete its symbols one by one and see the autocompletion window acting weirdly (watch video) System info and configsysteminfo.txt if i need to provide more info, tell me please =) |

I packaged egl-wayland2 and have been using for almost 2 months. No issue.
It will eventually be released and distro-packaged.
That IS the fix on the nVidia side.
But, why not just use the vulkan renderer in your hyprland environment?
As a quick test...
...see if the distortions are gone.
