Is there any way to start game at the right monitor?

I hava three monitors, the "primary" monitor is 2560x1440 which id is 1, and there is two other monitors are 1440x2560, they have id 0 and 2. Everytime, game started at id-0 monitor, and has 1440x2560 resolution as default. Is there any way to start game with id-1 monitor?

I tried windowrule like this windowrule=monitor DP-3,class:dota2, but it's not work. The game window is started at the id-1 monitor, but if I open dota2 video setting, it told me it is using id-0 monitor, I have to change the monitor setting and resolution setting manually everytime.

If I try Silksong, so sad, the is no way to change monitor :(
