Intense flickering when window border animations finish

Hey there! I found a bug that I just noticed recently when I disabled animation looping for window borders. I recorded the video on my phone because I don't trust screen recorders to be able to capture this kind of footage.

My hyprland --version (I use arch btw):

can you try disabling vrr?

I had this exact issue, it was headache inducing, and disabling vrr did fix it. I'm not sure what changed with 0.51 to cause this tho, it was fine before.

maybe vrr working again. There are quite a bunch of displays that handle VRR very poorly, and it can lead to things like this.

I have been running with VRR disabled for the past week and have not noticed it at all during that time, so I can tentatively say that probably fixed my problem. Thanks a bunch vaxry!
