In hyprland (current git) I cannot make VRR work with wine. I have cursor:no_break_fs_vrr = true and misc:vrr = 2 and vrrtest works fine:

However, in a wine game (DISPLAY= MANGOHUD=1 DXVK_HDR=1 wine D2R.exe) the refresh rate simply goes to max constantly, causing VRR flicker:

I tried disabling HDR; the result is more or less the same (maybe a bit better, at least now I see the refresh rate matching the FPS sometimes):
hyprland-wine-nohdr.mp4
In sway-git, for example, the same wine command (this is with HDR enabled) works great:
sway-wine.mp4
I don't think I'm missing anything in the config, since vrrtest works great...
