Add a workspacerule selector that interacts with window tags

I'd like to apply a workspacerule that turns my gapsout to 0 when windows that have a specific tag are in that workspace.

Syntax-wise it would be hard to integrate with the current window selector (w[(flags)A-B/w[(flags)X), so perhaps it would need to be a separate selector that matches for any number of windows with the specified tag instead of the current count-based w selector
