program window becomes fullscreen after done with flameshot

Anyone has this kind of issue: whenever I'm done with flameshot screenshot, my program window the flameshot is taking screenshot will be fullscreen.

I posted and issue on flameshot github issue page, they said this is the hyprland's problem, check the page for the details and screenshot.
