Allow configuration of groupbar text overflow behavior

Here's what it looks like when one of the groupbar window titles exceeds the length of the tab.

A baseline improvement would be adding an option to truncate the text using ellipses. Further QOL ideas: configure the width at which the overflow behavior kicks in, add an option to fade out edges of overflowing text...
