screencast event does not trigger instantly

I've noticed the screencast socket2 event does not show up in socat instantly after starting a screenshare. Another event needs to be fired in order for it to show up. For example, I toggle the window's floating state on/off and it shows up correctly.

For clients that use PipeWire for screensharing, such as Firefox/Zen/Chromium, the screencast end event behaves the same.

However, for clients using wlr-screencopy-unstable-v1, such as wf-recorder or wl-screenrec, the end event is not fired at all.
