Rules no longer work within plugin{}

Previously I had windowrule = plugin:hyprbars:nobar, floating:0 within `plugin{hyprbars{}}, but this no longer seems to work and I have to put it in the main config file to trigger.

I assumed that this was a feature to not have config errors when the plugin wasn't enabled. This might affect other functions like binds, but idk.

I am currently on latest arch release and I had run hyprpm update recently already.

P.S.: should I put binds and window/workspace rules into the related plugin scope in the future? I see that some windowrule changes are already in git.

Previously I had windowrule=plugin:hyprbars:nobar, ^floating:0, but after hyprwm/hyprland-plugins@1bc5b02 I had to change it to windowrule=match:float 0, hyprbars:no_bar on to get it working again.
Just documenting here to potentially help others who run into the same issue when updating, since this discussion was the only place I could find where this change was documented.
