Make display rotation compatible with other compositors

Hyprland seems to manage display rotations in a different way than other Wayland compositors making third-party tools which rely on some standard incompatible or buggy with it.

Ideally switching to and from Hyprland is as seamless as possible with support for tools which are not Hyprland specific.

Edit concrete example:
wl-kbptr doesnt work properly on rotated monitors on Hyprland, but seems to do on other compositors.
