Crash on mouse wheel/click events while monitor is disconnected that has a rule to be mirrored to all other outputs

Description

Today I added the lines below to my config. But sadly noticed that after turning off my monitor (HDMI-A-2) with no other monitors connected, clicking or scrolling the mouse causes Hyprland to crash :(

monitor = HDMI-A-2 , 1920x1080@75, auto, 1
monitor = , preferred, auto, 1, mirror, HDMI-A-2

These work tho

monitor = HDMI-A-2 , 1920x1080@75, auto, 1
monitor = HDMI-A-1  , preferred, auto, 1, mirror, HDMI-A-2

Regression

Tried going back to v0.44.0 but it was still happening (stupid me was building against latest stable aquamarine/hyprutils)

Steps

1. Add monitor config similar to the ones above
2. Have only your main monitor connected (HDMI-A-2 in my case)
3. turn off the main monitor
4. click or scroll the mouse
5. sad times

I think thats because mirror thingy is also applied for the Fallback monitor which is a big no no.
