HyprSets - launch a whole “workset” (apps + optional tiling layout) on Hyprland

HyprSets is a TUI launcher for Hyprland worksets.
You define a set of commands once (and optionally a tiled layout), then launch them together.

Highlights:

• TUI home screen + visual layout editor (Hyprland-style splits, mouse supported)
• Workspace targeting per workset (incl. special:scratchpad)
• CLI mode: hyprsets run <id> (great for exec-once)
