[regression] Window lost focus after maximize. Monitor resolution degrades after lockscreen

Regressions after 9264436

1. When having multiple windows, focus is lost after maximizing (fullscreen 1) one of them. can't make any mouse/keyboard input there. fullscreen 0 is not affected
2. Monitor resolution becomes low after entering quickshell lockscreen, and remains after unlocking. The way to recover is to make an arbitrary change to hyprland config and save it to trigger a reload. However, there are chances that the screen becomes no signal after the resolution change (probably vertical to the change-on-lock issue.

regarding 2, my monitor setup is mon.txt

hyprlock doesn't suffer from this issue, maybe qs utilized some special protocols?

@vaxerski 1 is resolved with latest git version but 2 is still there
