Chrome rendering issues

Since Hyprland 0.52.0 I have multiple glitches in Chrome:

1. Movies have very bad gradients. All blacks washed out, with bad blur (we can see the separation between each gradient color)
2. Some Google Meets cams appear green (like a green screen) or flicker between a previous frame and the current one

I don't have the issue with Firefox brower based, only with Chromium browser based

Same here, just switched today to a chromium based browser (helium, but that banding also appears on brave), so i don't know since when this gradient bug exists.
Turns out it has something to do with color management. After disabling the "cm" option in my config, the banding is gone. I've had mine set to "dcip3" but changing it to something else didn't work, only removing the setting worked.

helium spits out that Error:

[37244:37244:1210/193400.883946:ERROR:ui/ozone/platform/wayland/host/wayland_wp_image_description.cc:219] Incomplete image description info from compositor.

..but does so also without the cm variable, so not sure if related.
Using X11 the banding also isn't showing, but yeah, that's no solution.

Colors are now way to over saturated but switching the monitor into its sRGB mode seams like a crude workaround for now.
