Percentage-Based Window Sizing Not Working

Window sizing works when using absolute pixel values like size = 732 412, but percentage values such as size = %5 or other % based sizing are not being applied.

You didn't read the expression part did you?
Correct way to do it would be:
size = (monitor_w*0.05) (monitor_h*0.05)

As in, 5% of monitor width and height.

If you want to convert < and > from the old syntax, use min_size and max_size.

sorry if I'm being dense, but how is this more versatile? It just looks more complicated to me and yet accomplishes the same thing.
i could say the same about window rules v3 but that's neither here nor there...

But it's not the same thing.
The previous version had a bunch of cases it couldn't do without expressions.
Not to mention being completely locked in a silly format made from if/else spaghett.

And if you ever had a look at the rule code before this change, you would know what a huge improvement the new rule system is for the future.
