Using Nvidia, the screen(s) are regularly freezing until I move the mouse

It happens on my machine using an Nvidia since a couple of version maybe (I didn't check yet - could still be related to the upgrade of something else on my system).

After few minutes (or seconds !), it's completely random, the screen will stop refreshing. Moving the mouse or pressing a key is "fixing" it until the next freeze.

It more often happens when playing videos or using kitty during a cursor movement, so I suspect it could be a more low level issue than an Hyprland bug.

Disabling damage isn't helping.
