Describe the feature
I would like a new config option, for example
enable-universal-autoscroll=true. When the button (default is the middle mouse button) is clicked, it enters auto-scroll mode in the window, and allows you to move up or down, and changes speed and direction based on relative movement. Clicking any mouse button exits auto-scroll and returns to idle. This is technically possible through scripting, but a hyprland native solution would be less intrusive.Why would it be beneficial

The above is the closest we can get to currently, and it only simulates a touchpad-like scrolling experience and is also terrible for accessibility since the user has to rapidly move their mouse to scroll upwards or downwards quickly.
