Dispatcher to position window relative to current monitor

It is possible to open a new window at a specific position relative to the current monitor using the move rule, however it is not possible to move an existing window to such a position with a bind. movewindowpixel exact works relative to the total viewport, not the current monitor.

I want a quake-style dropdown and this mostly works fine using these commands:

However, because different monitors have different sizes, the float must also be resized and repositioned when moving between monitors.
The position is especially wrong after detaching and reattaching some monitors.

Could we have a variant of movewindowpixel exact, that is relative to the current monitor?

Alternatively an option to move a window to top-center would also work.
