resizeactive can't resize small tiled windows near the right end of the display

Describe the bug

When a window on the right of the display is in tiled mode and has width width it can not grow to the left with a step bigger than width using resizeactive. For example if width is 100 then the command hyprctl dispatch resizeactive -100 0 outputs "Invalid size provided".

I suspect the reason for this is because such resize is invalid for floating windows since it would shrink them to negative width. However if a window is tiled and located at the right end of the display this command should grow it (an example in the wiki shows this is the intended behavior https://wiki.hypr.land/Configuring/Binds/#submaps)

• The bug is asymmetric in the sense that it happens only on the right end of the display. Growing small tiled windows on the left end of the display works fine.
