Feature Request: Blur transparent borders

I've made the border colors match the terminal/qt background, including the transparency, but the window is actually blurred even though the border isn't. This looks odd. I'd love for the borders to be blurred too.

hi, currently borders are handled as decorations outside the window, so u got a blurred surface being the window, and then theres the border outside of it.
i doubt there will be ever a blur border option, the closest thing that is more likely to happen is including the border in the window, but yeah thats doesnt exist yet if ever.

however theres a trick that can help your situation, but it requires hyprland plugins, u gotta get the plugins plus plus.
what u gonna do first is set ur normal border at - whatever ur desired thickness is, then add a border in the border plus plus plugin, that will be the border that u actually see.

so essentially u are offsetting the global border indices which gets the original border under the window, then u use the plugin so its offset by the original border,, so for example if ur desire border thickness is 1px, u do regular border -1, then the bpp border to 1
the trick here is that the bpp border gets drawn on top of the window not outside it, which will be transparent over ur blurred window, which should do the trick.
