Describe the bug

While testing crash-on-exit issue #12697 in debug mode, the welcome dialog is shown at session start.

Exiting the session with the dialog active causes hyprland-welcome to dump core

Reproduction steps

1. launch hyprland in debug mode
2. exit session with exit dispatcher while hyprland-welcome is displayed.
