I'd suggest creating an issue in hyprlock repo. |

Funnily enough, I arrived here by searching how to get this (ignoring first key) feature to work in hyprlock, as it is annoying when I press spacebar or some other key when screen is off, it is becoming first letter of my password, which is incorrect. |

Hyprland newbie using endeavouros machine. I set up hypridle and hyprlock in order to lock the session after I close and reopen my laptop lid, which has worked correctly. However, I've noticed that each time the system is suspended and then is turned back on, the first key that's pressed when the screen turns on isn't registered regardless of what's happening, so if I wanted to login quickly I'd have to type something like
ppassword<Enter>into hyprlock, instead ofpassword<Enter>which would register asassword<Enter>, unlike the session manager that comes with my endeavouros which responds as soon as the screen is turned on. Is there any workaround?Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
