Is there a way to disable annoying "Application Not Responding" dialog?

I use oculante to simultaniously open several images, downloaded via browser, and tile them into collage on a different workspace. After 0.48.0 update I continiously get lots of "Application Not Responding" dialogs as I do so, app seem to work fine though

You can completely disable the dialog by adding enable_anr_dialog = false to the misc section in your hyprland.conf. i personally chose to keep it (even though it was quite annoying) and increase the timeout for the ANR dialog to be shown via anr_missed_pings which is set to 5 per default. as a complete snippet for your hyprland.conf:

misc {
  enable_anr_dialog = true
  anr_missed_pings = 10
}
