The blur should be the same, but it probably appears different due to the different resolution — With double the resolution and the same blur power, it will look only half as blurry. I do not know if it is currently possible to set a different blur strength per monitor. |

Does that happen regardless of scaling? Also, upvoting as I think this shouldn't be a thing to begin with |

Actual blur values, size and phases, differ by 2 times on monitors with resolutions 1920x1080 and 3840x2160.
Left monitor: 1920x1080. Right monitor: 3840x2160
How to reproduce
Connect 2 monitors with different resolutions, turn on blur and twitch its values.
