Listeners do not work at all for timeouts >=20s

When creating a listener with a timeout longer than 20 seconds, the on-timeout is never executed. There is nothing inhibiting idle and no errors in the logs. Actually, the logs don't show anything out of the ordinary. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now; I have tried changing lock_cmd, on-timeout, and on-resume for every listener, reinstalling with a clean build, and changing the timeout. The only thing that works is setting timeout to something less than 20 seconds.

I use PipeWire for audio and have the libpipewire-module-raop-discover module enabled; disabling this module allows hypridle to function properly. This might not necessarily a hypridle issue, although I'll leave this open in case the author thinks differently or wants to investigate.

The module is used for connecting to my speakers with AirPlay over the network. I don't mind enabling/disabling the module as-needed, but this was not an issue for me until about 3-4 weeks ago at this point.

Edit 6/11/2025: the problem is back again, even with these modules disabled.
