[Feature Request] Background-color option for contain mode

Problem sketch

I have a square background-image with a simple icon and some background color.

I want to contain that image, resulting in it having black bars on the side (on my 21:9 and 16:10 displays)

I have set misc.background_color to my desired color in my hyprland.conf file, but that does not work (which was to be expected)

Desired solution

I would like either of 3 options:

• hyprpaper should inherit the background color from hyprland for the sections where the image is not rendered due to contain

or

• hyprpaper should expose an option to color the sections mentioned above

or

• Add this as an option for [Feature request] wallpaper manipulation pipeline #227

Current solutions

I have made two versions of my image with padding matching the padding on the screens.
