Enhancement: specify which programs to force close automatically when running hyprshutdown

I use hyprshutdown and it works great, but I have to click "force quit" in the popup every time because I still have Easy Effects running, even though it could be force closed and that would be fine. It'd be great if it would be possible to specify in a config file or something similar which programs can be force closed automatically.

I assume you don't have the window open, that would be fixed with #5

I have Spotify and Whatsapp-Electron installed, they persistently prevent Hyprshutdown to exit Hyprland. They're both on their respective special workspace.

#5 should help, while a more proper fix (like cgroups) should fix it completely, once we get cgroups into hyprland
