While wiring applied/swarm/consensus (commit 2e7b2ae), the planned consensus→praxis_knowledge_graph functor was honestly skipped: the PraxisKnowledgeGraph category's only non-identity morphism kinds are Subsumption and Parthood (it models the content-addressed persistence substrate). A total functor would force exchange relations (GossipsWith, Reduces, Triggers, …) to be tagged taxonomy or mereology in the image — a false structural claim, not a documented collapse.
Follow-on options: (a) extend the knowledge-graph ontology with wire/exchange morphism kinds grounded in its own literature (Benet 2014 IPFS exchange; TUF/in-toto delegation), then author the functor; or (b) route the mapping through an intermediate transport ontology. Either way the intent stands: a peer's signed estimate ships as a content-addressed GraphSnapshot slice (the p2p ontology-runtime North Star, realisation #271).
