Very good and useful script. I wonder if there is a script that can submit 20 json drafts automated rather than submit jobs by myself

Thanks for the feedback! I don't have a script for this purpose, but I hope you use json files with 100 jobs each. I had about 3,000 jobs that I needed to run, and I generated 30 json files with 100 jobs each (as you probably know, AlphaFold 3 doesn't allow more). Sending 30 json files manually wasn't as difficult as downloading 3,000 structures. That's why I did this part manually.
