catalina.out overflow

"catalina.out", the log of Tomcat, is filled with the error log. It seems like this problem is related to HTCondor; more details is below:

INFO: Illegal access: this web application instance has been stopped already. Could not load META-INF/services/org.apache.axis.EngineConfigurationFactory. The eventual following stack trace is caused by an error thrown for debugging purposes as well as to attempt to terminate the thread which caused the illegal access, and has no functional impact.
DataPlacement fail to query.

Here is my analyze, FYI. @YangYaqi
It seems that this bug only happened when the tomcat restart, and the detail info reminds me that @YangYaqi creates a independent thread with several endless loop in it for querying logs of HTCondor.
When the tomcat restarts and it happens to be a unfinished experiment, the threads you create will be a zombie thread, and it will print errors to catalina.out continually.
I think maybe you can find a mechanism like when catching the exception for 5 times, end this thread immediately.
