Build incompatible with Android compileSDKVersion 34

The package @ihealth/ihealthlibrary-react-native does not allow me to update my project's compileSDKVersion to the latest Android version 34. I think it stopped being compatible starting version 31.

The specific build error is:
WARNING: The specified Android SDK Build Tools version (28.0.3) is ignored, as it is below the minimum supported version (34.0.0) for Android Gradle Plugin 8.6.0
