Purpose of addition of this task:
Create an extension so that users can add a word to the Wiktionary, from any
page they see in a Chrome browser
When reviewing task, please focus on:
* How to automatically detect the language of the page, and
* How to select the appropriate Wiktionary.
* How to authenticate the user with Wiktionary
After the review, please add a xxx to yyy wiki page.

After the review, the expected next step is to:
Fork https://github.com/cesine/dict-lookup-chrome-ext
Adapt the code to contribute to Wiktionary, then contribute the modifications
back to max99x's project if he wants them.
