Create VerifiersWorker as stub to RL rollouts in LLMQ

**Goal**
To enable RL rollouts, we need judges/environments. The inference can be done by llmq already, but the scoring is not supported yet. With a worker based on [Verifiers](https://verifiers.readthedocs.io/en/latest/components.html), this could be a nice stub to support distributed rollouts.
