Cannot open access point webserver

The robot was working fine before.
Now, I'm having trouble opening the robot's webserver 192.168.10.1. Multiple reboots were attempted. The boot up was successful with happy chime and solid white light. The light showed solid cyan once my computer connected to the robot's AP. On my computer it also showed connected to the AP in the network menu.

192.168.10.1 continues to show This site can't be reached. What can I do?

I've solved it by going into the AP's properties in Windows settings and using the Windows network fixer/troubleshooter (not the actual name) to fix the network. Somehow by fixing the network it works again!
