Bluetooth authentication failure only on Ubuntu jetson device not on other devices

I have been trying with no luck to get a bluetooth connection from my nvidia jeston device to the I robote create 3
When I try the webplaygound or bluetooth examples or any attempt to connect with bluetooth my device connects then disconnects and I get a unable to authenticate error.
I do not have any issues with my windows machine or my Ubuntu machine connecting with bluetooth to the I robot create 3 .Only with my jetson device running Ubuntu.

My jetson device has no issues using ROS2 with wifi to connect.
Its just bluetooth on the jetson device.
Is there any way to run the webplayground python apps using the wifi connection
