Tabular Widget Separator not visible #1515

Describe the bug
When we have multiple widgets that are added to the front stage we have seen evidence of the separators missing between widgets. This seems to be visible when we change screens/resolution/resize panel. I have attached a few screen shots to try and highlight this.
To Reproduce
Would need to have multiple widgets.
Add to the frontstage.
Move browser to different screens with different resolution's,
Expected Behavior
Separator to be visible between all widgets irrespective of screen.
