Itwin Request Failed Code 429

The last week we have been seeing this error. So the changeset isn't loading.

With it saying "more requests than allowed by this API for the current tier of the client"

Does this mean the community tier on bentley development?

I guess this is related to the kind of developer account that you have (Trial, or other - I don't know what the available tiers are), it would make sense that they have some kind of limit. No idea how to follow one's usage nor see what the limits are: did you check your developer account page?
It's probably best to get help from the developer portal unless other users of the plugin have an idea an can answer here of course ^^

FYI in the next plugin version, the response headers mentioned in https://developer.bentley.com/apis/overview/rate-limits/#rate-limited-by-the-itwin-platform when receiving an error 429 will be logged so that you get all the details if it happens again.
The retries will also be adjusted to comply with the "Retry-After" header, if present.
