No Appearance Profiles in 5.5

So a client of ours is testing a 5.5 build and he noticed there were no appearance profiles. For some reason I never noticed this yet but here I have some screenshots from 5.3 and 5.5. 5.3 have appearance profiles but 5.5 doesn't
