Error on connecting PM collaborative mode over https

If you try to connect PM collaborative over the link https://www.pathwaymapper.org/, page is not loaded and gives the following error in console:
Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.pathwaymapper.org/' was loaded over HTTPS, but attempted to connect to the insecure WebSocket endpoint 'ws://www.pathwaymapper.org/'. This request has been blocked; this endpoint must be available over WSS.

Seems similar to matplotlib/matplotlib#25040 and maybe same solution can be applied.
