Site 參數在解析 IPv6 格式網址時會有問題

目前測試有問題的網址是西灣 BBS
telnet://[2001:288:8001:11::6]

如果說直接在瀏覽器輸入 https://iamchucky.github.io/PttChrome/?site=2001:288:8001:11::6 是沒問題的
但是經過 URLencoding 之後他就會變成 https://iamchucky.github.io/PttChrome/?site=2001%3A288%3A8001%3A11%3A%3A6 這樣，就壞掉了。
