[userscript] 自動儲存/讀取黑名單的腳本 (需要Tampermonkey)

使用google drive的黑名單壞很久了  
app本身名單達到一個上限之後就不能再增加  
看來也不會有人修只好自己來  

此腳本使用 [Tampermonkey API](https://www.tampermonkey.net/documentation.php#GM_setValue) `GM_setValue`  `GM_getValue`  
來儲存/讀取黑名單
