+This authorization applies exclusively to:

+phase-c6/PHASE-C6-B-CHARTER.md
+
+## Scope
+
+Phase C6-B is authorized solely for governance and documentation
+concerning wallet and user interface interaction boundaries with XSTRP.
+
+No implementation, integration, or modification of the XSTRP core is
+authorized by this document.
+
+## Constraints
+
+All Phase C6-B activity must conform to:
+
+- PHASE-C6-AUTHORIZATION.md
+- PHASE-C6-CHARTER-RULES.md
+- PHASE-C6-B-CHARTER.md
+
+Phases C1–C5 remain immutable.
+
+## Authority Preservation
+
+Authorization of Phase C6-B does not grant authority over keys,
+transactions, settlement, or protocol semantics.
+
+## Acceptance
+
+This document marks the formal authorization of Phase C6-B.
