## 干扰素种类

> IFN-Is (<mark>type I interferons</mark>) include 13 IFN-α (14 in mice), IFN-β, IFN-ε, IFN-κ, and IFN-ω.

> IFN-γ is the <mark>only</mark> described IFN-II (<mark>type II interferon</mark>).

> IFN-IIIs (<mark>type III interferons</mark>) include IFN-λ1-3 (also known as interleukin [IL]-29, IL-28A, and IL-28B) and IFN-λ4 (only IFN-λ2 and -λ3 exist in mice).

> A fourth family of IFNs, named <mark>type IV interferons</mark> (or IFN-υ), has been identified in zebrafish and is present in other non-placental vertebrates but is <mark>absent in mice and humans</mark>.
