Incorrect date given after providing formate to dayjs

• OS: [e.g. iOS]
• Browser [e.g. chrome 62] 142.0.7444.135
• Time zone: [e.g. GMT-07:00 DST (Pacific Daylight Time)] UTC+ 5:30

I have provided date as value=2025-11-18 오후 4:10:27

formate = YYYY-MM-DD A h:mm:ss

logic i am using = dayjs(value,"YYYY-MM-DD A h:mm:ss");

output i am getting is = 2025-11-18 AM 4:10:27

if i add local and update imports aslo its showing AM in localized language
