Prayer times fajr and isha not correct

I am using your library for my app. All calculation methods (except umm al qura) gets wrong fajr and isha times in the netherlands. It went well before but since april/may the timing went wrong. At the cuurent moment i see 1:46 for fajr and isha. The timing is working in turkey. But here in the netherlands during this season i get these timings. Can you help?

middle_of_the_night | Fajr will never be earlier than the middle of the night and Isha will never be later than the middle of the night

seventh_of_the_night | Fajr will never be earlier than the beginning of the last seventh of the night and Isha will never be later than the end of the first seventh of the night

twilight_angle | Similar to SEVENTH_OF_THE_NIGHT, but instead of 1/7, the fraction of the night used is fajrAngle/60 and ishaAngle/60

Change here:

Or let the user choose the parameters for high latitudes.

Users have that option too and I'm automatically selecting one for them. Do you think user knows which one to choose? What do you think is the best practise here?

@kamranbekirovyz Users usually don't know. But to automate the process you need to think very carefully about the approach and make the right conditions.

@kamranbekirovyz Study the longitude and latitude issue, see if there is a certain pattern to make a condition. Otherwise, leave the choice to the user with a short explanation in your program.

How does users react to it? Have you received lots of "prayer times wrong in your app" kind of feedback? Have you tracked how many times users manually change highlatitude rule?
