Events dispatching question

I'm trying to send events to subscribed scripts, but I can't find any options other than to alter ScriptObject.psc
If I will alter ScriptObject.psc then most likely it will interfere with your further changes.

I'm trying to find a way to dispatch event in behalf of static script, but still no luck.
I understand that you have not finished reserch work but probably you have a plans to complete your work on VirtualMachine class.

So could you suggest any option to dispatch custom events from f4se plugin?
