Add Uniform Columns layout to default layouts

Every time I setup amethyst I need to add the Uniform Columns layout manually.

Can Uniform Columns layout be added to the existing default columns list so it comes out of the box.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I manually add this by adding the custom layout.
