Is it possible to use the ADBC Snowflake Driver for Python in Ibis to connect to a Snowflake instance?

if yes, please provide some example
if no, I would like to propose the ADBC support for the future releases

Not currently possible but there's work underway for how to scaffold in the various ADBC connectors
